Housing

The UK Joint Support Unit (JSU) Housing Office is located at Villa Britannia in Lago Patria. The team comprises of a mixture of uniformed service personnel, civil servants, Locally Employed Civilians (LEC) and Locally Employed Dependents (LED). Villa Britannia provide:

  • Customer Service Desk
  • Contract Engineers
  • Estate Wardens

Full details of all the roles and services are contained in the Resident’s Handbook. The Handbook can be downloaded here and there should be a copy in your property; if there isn’t – please contact the Housing Office at the earliest opportunity to get one.

Opening Hours

The Housing Office is staffed Monday to Thursday between 0800 and 1700 (Friday 0800 to 1500). The Customer Service Desk (CSD) is manned 0800-1630 each day (0800 to 1430 on Friday). All queries and requests for work services should be directed to the Customer Service Desk in the first instance either by E Mail or telephone.

Out of Hours emergencies should be directed to the Duty Italian Speaker who will contact the Landlord or Housing Office staff as required.
